Help me in my fitness challenge that leads with heart
hi! it’s a bit late in the month but after such an amazing 17th birthday and how ive come to learn so much more about myself, i want to share my time doing something good for the world as a thank you.
i’ve signed up for the hearts first challenge within fitness first, not only will it challenge my determination within my fitness, but i’m working towards a wonderful cause.
123 people die daily from cardiovascular disease and as someone who works within lifeblood, i’ve come to learn so much more about health and the importance of research and support to tackle these issues.
it would mean so much for your support along the way, i will be exercising at least 30 per day to reach 15 hours of exercise until the end of the month. this may be an issue that does not impact me personally, but i still wish to have some impact.
